FUCHS RENOLIN B 3 is a high-performance, low-viscosity mineral oil-based hydraulic and lubricating fluid (HLP 10 type according to DIN 51524-2). Formulated from highly refined mineral base oils combined with a zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) / mild extreme-pressure (EP) additive system, it features an ISO VG 10 viscosity grade. It is primarily engineered for high-precision hydraulic control mechanisms, spindle bearings, high-speed machine tool slides, and systems operating at low temperatures or requiring fast hydraulic response times. The fluid provides high thermal and oxidation stability, preventing sludge and deposit formation under continuous operation. It features rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming, fast air release, and superior wet/dry filterability. Synergistic copper deactivators protect steel, iron, and yellow metal components against rust and corrosive wear. RENOLIN B 3 meets and exceeds major international standards, including DIN 51524-2 (HLP), ISO 6743-4 (HM), and Denison HF-0 / HF-1 / HF-2.
