FUCHS RENOLIN B 32 HVI (HYDR.OEL) is a premium, shear-stable hydraulic and general lubricating fluid featuring a high viscosity index (HVLP type according to DIN 51524-3). Formulated from highly aging-resistant mineral base stocks, shear-resistant Viscosity Index (VI) improvers, and a zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) / extreme-pressure (EP) additive package, it features an ISO VG 32 viscosity grade with an elevated viscosity index ($\text{VI} \ge 150$).It is specifically engineered for hydraulic systems operating under severe temperature fluctuations or sub-zero ambient conditions—such as mobile construction equipment, forestry machinery, marine hydraulics, and outdoor industrial installations. Its multigrade shear stability maintains a consistent protective oil film at high operating temperatures while preventing excessive flow resistance and power loss during cold startups. RENOLIN B 32 HVI provides rapid demulsibility (water separation), low foaming, fast air release, and robust wear and corrosion protection for high-pressure pumps, control valves, and bearings. It meets and surpasses major international performance specifications, including DIN 51524-3 (HVLP), ISO 6743-4 (HV), and Denison HF-0 / HF-1 / HF-2.
