FUCHS RENOLIN B 5 VG 22 is a high-performance, low-viscosity mineral oil-based hydraulic and lubricating fluid (HLP type according to DIN 51524-2). Formulated from highly refined, aging-resistant base oils combined with a zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) and mild extreme-pressure (EP) additive package, it features an ISO VG 22 viscosity grade designed for high-precision, low-viscosity hydraulic systems, machine tool spindles, and sensitive control mechanisms. The fluid offers high thermal and oxidation stability, preventing sludge and varnish buildup even under continuous operation. It features rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming, fast air release, and outstanding wet and dry filterability, ensuring consistent power transmission, fast valve response times, and protection against cavitation. Synergistic copper deactivators protect steel, iron, and yellow metal components against corrosion and wear. RENOLIN B 5 VG 22 meets and exceeds key international performance standards, including DIN 51524-2 (HLP), ISO 6743-4 (HM), and Denison HF-0 / HF-1 / HF-2.
