FUCHS RENOLIN B 68 HVI is a premium, high viscosity index (HVLP type according to DIN 51524-3) shear-stable hydraulic and general lubricating fluid. Formulated from high-grade base stocks combined with shear-resistant Viscosity Index (VI) improvers and a zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) / extreme-pressure (EP) additive package, it features an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade with an elevated viscosity index It is specifically engineered for heavy-duty hydraulic systems operating under high working pressures and severe ambient temperature fluctuations or elevated operational heat—such as mobile construction machinery, forestry equipment, marine deck hydraulics, and outdoor heavy industrial installations. Its high shear stability maintains a robust, protective fluid film under severe thermal and mechanical stress while ensuring reliable pumpability and reduced startup friction. RENOLIN B 68 HVI delivers high oxidation resistance, rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming, fast air release, and robust wear and corrosion protection for high-load internal pumps, control valves, and bearings.
