FUCHS RENOLIN CHAINLUBE G 1000 SPRAY is a high-performance, low-viscosity chain lubricant enhanced with ultra-fine, fully stabilized solid graphite additives. Formulated from carefully selected mineral base oils and active carrier solvents, it operates effectively across a temperature range of $-30^\circ\text{C}$ to $+100^\circ\text{C}$. The aerosol spray delivers exceptional creeping/penetrating capabilities, allowing the lubricant to reach inner chain pins, bushings, rollers, and wire rope strands. Upon application, the solvent evaporates to leave an adhesive, dust-repellent lubricating film that resists sling-off (minimal throw-off losses) and actively displaces moisture. The embedded solid graphite particles provide outstanding emergency running (run-dry) protection, ensuring continuous boundary lubrication and reducing friction and wear under shock loads or temporary fluid starvation. It is widely used for industrial chain drives, forklift chains, transport/conveyor systems, slide rails, and exterior wire rope protection across mechanical engineering, automotive, and logistics operations.
