FUCHS RENOLIN CHAINLUBE 3080 is a light yellow, solvent-free industrial chain lubricant based on highly refined mineral base oils. Formulated with specialized additives for wear protection, corrosion inhibition, and water repellency, it operates effectively across a broad temperature range of $-25^\circ\text{C}$ to $+80^\circ\text{C}$. The lubricant features excellent creeping and penetration properties, enabling it to penetrate deep into internal chain pins, bushings, and link joints to protect the interior mechanism against wear and friction. It forms a stable lubricating film that repels dust, dirt, splash water, and salt water. It is specifically engineered for drive and conveyor chain applications operating in damp, wet, or severe outdoor environments—such as marine docks, outdoor escalators, chemical processing plants, and general industrial conveyor systems. It can be applied manually (via drip lubricator or oil can) or through central automatic lubrication systems.
