FUCHS RENOLIN CHAINLUBE G 1000 is a high-performance, graphite-containing industrial chain and wire rope lubricant. Formulated from high-grade mineral base oils, active carrier solvents, and ultra-fine, fully stabilized solid graphite particles, it operates effectively across a temperature range of $-30^\circ\text{C}$ to $+100^\circ\text{C}$.The bulk fluid provides exceptional creeping and penetrating characteristics, allowing it to migrate deep into internal chain pins, bushings, link joints, and wire rope cores. Upon application, the carrier solvent evaporates, leaving a highly adhesive, dust-resistant lubricating film that resists sling-off and actively repels moisture and splash water. The embedded graphite particles provide reliable emergency running (run-dry) properties, maintaining a solid protective barrier under extreme shock loads or high unit pressures where fluid films would otherwise break down. It is widely used for heavy industrial conveyor chains, drive chains, open gear drives, guide rails, and steel wire ropes in mining, steel production, heavy manufacturing, and logistics.
