FUCHS RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 5000 is a fully synthetic, high-performance industrial chain oil designed for continuous operation under high thermal stress. Formulated from thermally stable synthetic ester base oils combined with advanced anti-wear (AW) and corrosion-inhibiting additives, it operates effectively across a broad temperature range of $-20^\circ\text{C}$ to $+240^\circ\text{C}$. The fluid features exceptional thermal and oxidation resistance with extremely low evaporation losses, ensuring reduced oil consumption and extended re-lubrication intervals. Unlike conventional mineral chain oils, RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 5000 does not thermally decompose or form hard carbon or lacquer-like deposits on chain links or guide rails. It offers excellent creeping properties to penetrate deep into inner chain pins and bushings, significantly lowering friction and protecting components against adhesive wear and fretting corrosion. It is widely used in high-temperature drive and conveyor chains across the automotive, chemical, packaging, wood processing, glass, and textile industries (e.g., paint lines, drying ovens, and tenter frames). It can be applied manually or via central automatic drip/spray lubrication systems.
