FUCHS RENOLIN CLP 68 is a high-performance, heavy-duty industrial gear and circulating oil formulated with extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) properties. Manufactured from highly refined, oxidation-resistant mineral base stocks combined with a balanced sulfur-phosphorus additive system, it features an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade.The fluid is engineered to protect enclosed industrial gearboxes—including spur, helical, bevel, and planetary gear drives—operating under moderate to heavy mechanical loads, shock loading, and oil sump temperatures up to $100^\circ\text{C}$ (with short-term peak stability up to $120^\circ\text{C}$). RENOLIN CLP 68 delivers excellent protection against scuffing and micropitting (achieving high load stage performance on FZG gear testing) while safeguarding rolling element bearings against premature wear (FE8 test). It features rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming tendencies, strong corrosion protection for steel and copper components, and complete compatibility with standard static and dynamic seal materials. It meets and exceeds major international gear oil specifications, including DIN 51517-3 (CLP), ISO 6743-6 / ISO 12925-1 (CKC/CKD), AGMA 9005/E02, and approvals from major gear manufacturers such as Flender.
