FUCHS RENOLIN CLP 680 is an extra-high-viscosity, heavy-duty industrial gear and circulating oil formulated with premium extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) properties. Manufactured from highly refined, oxidation-resistant mineral base stocks combined with advanced sulfur-phosphorus additive technology, it features an ISO VG 680 viscosity grade.The fluid is engineered for severe-duty, heavily loaded, low-speed industrial applications—such as heavy spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear drives, as well as slow-rotating plain and rolling bearings subject to extreme torque and shock loads. It operates continuously at oil sump temperatures up to $100^\circ\text{C}$ (with short-term peak thermal stability up to $120^\circ\text{C}$). RENOLIN CLP 680 delivers high load-carrying capacity and protection against scuffing, micropitting, and surface fatigue (achieving high FZG load stage performance) while forming a robust thick lubricating film to prevent metal-to-metal contact. It exhibits rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming tendencies, strong corrosion protection for steel and non-ferrous metals, and compatibility with standard static and dynamic seal materials. It meets and exceeds key international industrial gear oil standards, including DIN 51517-3 (CLP), ISO 6743-6 / ISO 12925-1 (CKC/CKD), AGMA 9005/E02, and builder specifications like Flender.
