RENOLIN PG 1000 is an ultra-high-viscosity, fully synthetic industrial gear and lubricating oil formulated with advanced polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base fluids and a robust additive package. It delivers exceptional thermal and oxidative stability, an extremely high viscosity index, and superior load-carrying capacity under severe operating pressures. Designed with a very low friction coefficient, it provides outstanding protection against micro-pitting, scuffing, and wear—particularly in applications involving high sliding friction, such as heavy-duty worm gears and high-load industrial gearboxes. It meets and exceeds specifications such as DIN 51517-3 (CLP-PG) and ISO 12925-1 (CKC, CKD, CKE, CKSMP). This specialized fluid is ideally suited for heavily loaded bevel, planetary, and spur gears, steel-on-bronze sliding pairings, and calenders operating under extreme thermal and mechanical conditions.
