Shell Helix Ultra Racing 10W-60 is a premium, fully synthetic engine oil specifically engineered to meet the high-performance demands of racing, modified, and high-strung gasoline and diesel engines. Developed using Shell’s PurePlus Technology, it utilizes a pure base oil derived from natural gas to provide maximum protection against deposit formation and extreme shear stress. Its heavy 10W-60 viscosity grade ensures an exceptionally thick fluid film that maintains high oil pressure and prevents metal-to-metal wear under extreme thermal and mechanical loads, such as track driving or high-load conditions. Key technical characteristics include a kinematic viscosity of approximately 168.1 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C, 22.8 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 163, a density of 850 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 215°C, and a pour point of -39°C.
