Shell Morlina S1 B 150 (formerly known as Shell Vitrea M 150) is a high-quality industrial bearing and circulating oil designed to deliver reliable protection in circulating lubrication systems. It is widely used in plain and rolling element bearings, roll-neck bearings, and lightly loaded enclosed industrial gear systems where extreme pressure (EP) additives are not required. Formulated with highly refined mineral base oils and specialized additives, it provides rapid water separation (demulsification) and quick air release properties. Key technical characteristics include an ISO VG 150 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 150 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C and 14.8 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 95, a density of 882 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 225°C, and a pour point of -6°C. Meeting DIN 51517-1 Type C and Morgan MORGOIL® specifications, it ensures reliable corrosion protection in damp environments and helps extend equipment operating life.
