Shell Morlina S1 B 220 (formerly known as Shell Vitrea M 220) is a premium-quality industrial bearing and circulating oil engineered to provide reliable performance in circulating lubrication systems. It is specifically formulated for plain and rolling element bearings, roll-neck bearings, and lightly loaded enclosed industrial gear sets operating under conditions where extreme pressure (EP) additives are not required. Formulated with solvent-refined mineral base stocks and specialized non-EP additives, it offers exceptional water demulsibility and rapid air release to prevent fluid breakdown and foam formation. Key technical characteristics include an ISO VG 220 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 220 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C and 19.1 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 95, a density of 887 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 250°C, and a pour point of -6°C.
