Shell Morlina S2 B 100 (formerly known as Shell Vitrea 100) is a high-performance industrial bearing and circulating oil engineered to provide reliable protection for general industrial bearing and circulating system applications. Formulated with refined mineral base oils and advanced rust and oxidation (R&O) additive technology, it excels in systems where rapid water separation (demulsibility) and quick air release are essential to maintain oil film integrity. It is widely used in plain and rolling element bearings, roll-neck bearings, and lightly loaded enclosed industrial gearboxes operating where extreme pressure (EP) performance is not required. Key technical characteristics include an ISO VG 100 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 100 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C and 11.2 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 95, a density of 881 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 240°C, and a pour point of -15°C.
