Shell Morlina S2 B 32 (formerly known as Shell Vitrea 32) is a high-performance industrial bearing and circulating oil engineered to provide reliable performance in circulating lubrication systems. Formulated with high-quality solvent-refined mineral base oils and advanced rust and oxidation (R&O) additives, it is ideal for plain and rolling element bearings, roll-neck bearings, high-speed spindles, and lightly loaded industrial applications where extreme pressure (EP) additives are not required. Due to its low viscosity, it provides excellent fluidity, rapid heat dissipation, rapid water separation (demulsibility), and fast air release to ensure smooth operation and prevent pump cavitation. Key technical characteristics include an ISO VG 32 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 32 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C and 5.5 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 95, a density of 875 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 215°C, and a pour point of -24°C. Meeting the standards of DIN 51517-1 Type C, ISO 12925-1 Type CKL, and Morgan MORGOIL® specifications, it protects internal system components against corrosion, sludge formation, and thermal breakdown over extended service intervals.
