Shell Morlina S2 B 320 (formerly known as Shell Vitrea 320) is a high-performance industrial bearing and circulating oil engineered to provide dependable lubrication in circulating oil systems. Formulated with high-quality solvent-refined mineral base stocks and advanced rust and oxidation (R&O) inhibitor additive technology, it is specifically designed for heavily loaded plain and rolling element bearings, roll-neck bearings, and lightly loaded enclosed industrial gear units operating where non-EP (extreme pressure) fluids are required. The fluid exhibits outstanding water separation (demulsibility) and rapid air release properties, maintaining fluid film integrity and protecting circulating pumps from cavitation. Key technical characteristics include an ISO VG 320 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 320 $mm^2/s$ at 40°C and 23.3 $mm^2/s$ at 100°C, a viscosity index of 92, a density of 897 $kg/m^3$ at 15°C, a flash point of 285°C, and a pour point of -12°C. Meeting the requirements of DIN 51517-1 Type C, DIN 51517-2 Type CL, ISO 12925-1 Type CKL, and Morgan MORGOIL® specifications, it provides robust resistance to oxidation, rust, and sludge formation over extended operating periods.
