Shell Risella X 430 is a high-purity, GTL-based technical white oil designed for demanding industrial and process applications. It is composed of highly saturated iso-paraffinic hydrocarbons, giving it exceptional color stability, near-zero odor, and low aromatic content. The fluid exhibits excellent thermal and oxidation stability alongside low volatility and high flash point performance. It is widely used in polymer manufacturing, rubber compounding, metalworking fluids, and chemical processing. Typical physical parameters include a kinematic viscosity of 43.0 mm²/s at 40°C, 7.6 mm²/s at 100°C, a density of 828 kg/m³ at 15°C, a flash point of 265°C, and a pour point of -24°C. It satisfies technical white oil purity standards, meeting FDA 178.3620(b) requirements.
