Shell Tactic EMV Gen.2 DU (Drive Unit) is a reusable, electro-mechanical drive unit designed for single-point automatic grease lubrication across industrial machinery and commercial equipment. Featuring an updated digital interface and LCD display, this second-generation drive unit allows flexible discharge scheduling with 12 distinct time settings (ranging from 1 to 12 months) and supports remote installation up to 5 meters using 10 mm internal diameter lines. Operating at an increased output pressure of 6 to 8 bar, it delivers positive displacement pumping completely independent of ambient operating temperatures (-10°C to +60°C). The drive unit operates on an easily replaceable battery pack and features 360-degree LED status indicators for real-time diagnostic alerts, purge functionality, and empty-canister detection. Designed for multi-year reusable service, it is fully compatible with Shell Tactic EMV transparent grease canisters (available in 120 cm³ and 250 cm³ sizes filled with Shell Gadus greases) across diverse manufacturing, mining, and heavy equipment applications.
