Shell Tactic EMV S3 T220 2 120ML (often listed as *Tactic EMV Gadus S3 T220 2*) is a compact, electromechanical single-point automatic lubricator pre-filled with 120 ml of premium polyurea-thickened industrial grease. Formulated with high-quality mineral base oil and advanced polyurea thickening technology, the grease delivers exceptional thermal stability and oxidation resistance for long-term bearing protection. The automated drive unit provides precise, continuous grease delivery over selectable discharge intervals, eliminating over-greasing risks and preventing ingress of dirt and moisture into critical housings. The polyurea thickener ensures superior shear stability under severe mechanical stress and vibration while remaining resistant to water washout. Typical physical parameters of the pre-filled grease include an NLGI grade 2 consistency, a base oil viscosity of 220 mm²/s at 40°C, 19.0 mm²/s at 100°C, a worked penetration of 280 (0.1 mm), and a high dropping point exceeding 250°C. Operating reliably across a broad temperature range from -20°C to +160°C, it is ideal for continuous maintenance of electric motors, industrial fans, and severe-duty high-temperature equipment bearings.
