Shell Tellus S2 M 32 is a high-performance industrial hydraulic fluid engineered to provide reliable wear protection, thermal stability, and consistent system efficiency in manufacturing and mobile equipment operations. Formulated with high-quality mineral base oils and proven zinc-based anti-wear additives, it resists breakdown under high thermal or mechanical stress, minimizing sludge and deposit formation. The fluid offers excellent water separation, rapid air release, and superior filterability to prevent cavitation, protect pumps, and maintain smooth hydraulic power transfer. Typical physical parameters include a kinematic viscosity of 32.0 mm²/s at 40°C, 5.4 mm²/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 99, a density of 875 kg/m³ at 15°C, a flash point of 218°C, and a pour point of -30°C.
