Shell Tellus S3 M 32 is a premium, heavy-duty industrial hydraulic fluid utilizing advanced, zinc-free anti-wear technology designed for precision manufacturing and industrial systems operating under demanding conditions. Engineered to resist thermal and chemical breakdown, it offers extended fluid life with exceptional oxidation stability (designed for a minimum 5000-hour TOST life under ASTM D943), superior system cleanliness, and excellent water-separation characteristics to prevent sludge accumulation and maintain high volumetric efficiency. Typical physical parameters include an ISO VG 32 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity of 32.0 mm²/s at 40°C and 5.4 mm²/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 100, a density of 870 kg/m³ at 15°C, a high flash point of 230°C (Cleveland Open Cup), and a pour point of -33°C.
