FUCHS SPRITZKABINENFETT (Spray Booth Grease) is a specialized, soft release coating designed to protect paint spray booth walls, light fixtures, and ventilation housings from overspray adhesion. Formulated with a calcium soap base and selected mineral oils, it creates a soft, highly tacky protective film over structural surfaces. When paint overspray hits treated surfaces, it adheres to the sacrificial grease layer rather than bonding to metal or glass booth panels. Once the grease layer becomes saturated with paint overspray, it can be scraped off mechanically or washed away using standard water-based cleaning systems or high-pressure washers, reducing downtime during booth cleaning cycles.
