Trommelflex PU-HF 7x2,5 600/1000V is a heavy-duty, halogen-free polyurethane reeling cable specifically engineered for high-stress dynamic applications, including motorized and spring-operated cable reels, hoist equipment, container cranes, and drag chains. Designed to withstand continuous tensile stress, rapid reeling speeds (up to 180–200 m/min), and severe torsional forces, it incorporates a central textile strength member alongside an integrated polyester anti-torsion braid embedded between its inner and outer sheaths. The cable construction comprises seven 2.5 mm² fine-stranded, Class 5 bare copper conductors insulated with a high-grade polyester compound, featuring numbered cores and a protective earth element. Its halogen-free PUR inner and outer jackets deliver superior defense against mechanical abrasion, tearing, microbial attack, hydrolysis, UV exposure, and industrial oils. Rated for operating voltages up to 600/1000V (with test voltages up to 4 kV) and operating temperatures from -50°C to +90°C (fixed) or -40°C to +90°C (flexible), it provides long service life, high operational reliability, and flame-retardant safety performance across demanding outdoor port, mining, and industrial handling environments.
